The warmest welcome awaits with the wonderful aroma from freshly made bread and scones with homemade jam. We collect eggs from our hens for you and can arrange newspaper deliveries. Bread and eggs can be delivered again during your stay. If you are planning a celebration, we can help with bunting and a Private Chef. We can arrange spa treatments either on site or 3 miles away at 'The Little Retreat'. You are welcome as a guest at Ryston Park Golf Club, or can enjoy fishing at the well-stocked lakes in the village. For convenience, there is a large farmshop with cafe, pub and friendly tradtional butcher and village shop, more services can be found 4 miles away in Downham Market, or 20 minutes drive away is Ely or King's Lynn. The Coach House is a short frive from The Royal Sandringham Estate, Thetford Forest and the beautiful and endless beaches of the Norfolk Coastline.
Outside the coachhouse, the pretty, sheltered, courtyard is bathed in sun all day with space to BBQ, dine and relax around an old olive tree. Bathe under the stars in the amazing Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub, the courtyard is lit up with thousands of tiny lights at night. The large, enclosed gardens offer plenty of safe space for younger guests to enjoy the playhouse, as well as kick a ball or fly a kite in the play paddock. Children love the horses and ponies at the farm! The miniature John Deere Tractors are very popular, there are toys and games for the children, as well as board games, books and DVD's for all the family. Enjoy sitting amongst the mature oak trees taking in the stunning Norfolk sunsets and rich wildlife or take a peaceful stroll along the river. During the evening, you will see barn owls flying low over the fields and you may well be visited by our latest resident - a little deer who you may find alseep under the trees!
A wonderful holiday enjoyed by 4 generations. Many thanks to our kind, courteous and thoughtful hosts for making it a week to long remember - nothing was too much trouble! Hot tub had plenty of use, perfect surroundings in evenings. Ordered celebration package which included the most fantastically delicious cake! With ages from 2 to 71, there was plenty to do around the area, enjoyed drives to the coast too. With our grateful appreciation, all the family X

Anna and Matt were just the perfect hosts, always on hand ,but just out of sight, Not that there was anything to worry about during our week long stay, we wanted for nothing, the property was totally equipped with every conceivable need, It was comfortable ,well located for our needs , and with other members of our family and friends we used the facilities to the full, I could not recommend it more highly , it was our first visit to Norfolk but I have no doubt we will return.
